Registration is only open to qualified corporate, association, and independent event or meeting planners/professionals. Vendors, suppliers, venues and service-providers are not permitted to attend Best Events Expo with full conference or Expo Hall passes. Any registrations issued to non-qualified attendees will be refunded after notification from Red 7 Media.
Cancellation deadline is February 19, 2010. All cancellations must be received in writing by February 19, 2010 to receive a refund. Refunds for Full Conference Passes will be granted less an administrative fee of $40 if we are notified before February 19, 2010. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 19, 2010. Receipt of all refund requests must be confirmed by Red 7 Media prior to February 19, 2010; refunds will be processed post-show. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations.
Best Events Expo accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express. The charge on your statement will appear as Red 7 Media.
